Our little family really enjoyed our stay at Earthbound Guesthouse. Management and staff have been more than welcoming and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible (which is not an easy task if you are traveling with a four months old baby 😁). Breakfast was fantastic and they even helped us to order dinner which was delivered to the guesthouse for us. One morning they noticed that our car has a flat tire and they arranged everything to get it fixed while we were having breakfast. We didn't even have to ask for help, they just did it. Just incredible!! Hospitality at its best!! Thank you very much for such a great stay!

Choose this lovely guest house as it was close by for a very early start to view the wild meerkats. Just on the outskirts of town. But still close enough to be able to walk to the center for food & drinks (15 mins). Spotlessly clean & cozy apartment. Great breakfast cooked fresh to order & included in the price. Nice pool area with sun loungers & clean pool - pool towels provided. Very helpful friendly hosts. Private secure off-road parking.

The room we had was very private, well equipped and very comfortable. The host and staff were pleasant and always helpful. The breakfast got your day starting with a smile. Great ambience and wonderful experience.

Apart from expecting a clean and tidy room I tend to look at ease of access and whether or not I will be disturb by fellow guests moving about and visa versa. Stay at the Earthbound Guest House was one of the best accommodations I've had the privilege of stay at. Cosi enough to feel secure, but secluded enough be comfortable. All in all a pleasurable experience and highly recommended.

Wonderful stay, friendly welcome, safe place. Cozy and attractively furnished. Own parking space, Good restaurant in the area. The breakfast was very good and was possible at 7:15 am due to an early departure.

We stayed there for 3 days with 2 couples. Great stay. Marie and her companions are super friendly and courteous. Room 2 on the 1st floor super nice and large and also No. 4 class, with its own terrace at the back in the countryside. Rooms very clean and in great shape. The 2 course breakfast was excellent. Great value for money.

WOW. What an amazing little oasis this place. Attention to every little detail, first time stepping in and we fall in love. The room is big and spacious, the bed & pillows are one of the best we had in our trip in SA. Bathroom is also spacious she even put bathrobes. For your privacy there is a small terrace in front of the room with 2 chairs & table including blankets in case you are cold at night sitting outside. The pool area is so beautiful, you can just chill there. Everything is super clean. You can park inside the property and everything is safe. A must stay place while in Oudshoorn.

Very nice and comfortable Inn in a residential area of Oudtshoorn. Everything we needed was provided in the room. We were not feeling well with intestinal viruses, so owner helped us choose an appropriate dinner restaurant nearby. Also helped us plan our morning the following day to the Caves and Ostrich Farm. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was kind and helpful. Would definitely return and recommend.

Earthbound Guest House is an absolutely amazing place to stay in Oudtshoorn. Staff and owner are extremely kind and helpful, paying attention to every last bit and piece that might make your stay as wonderful as possible. They helped to calm mit nerves before we got there, helped us booking tours while we were there, and even ordered our pizza for us. The place itself is newly renovated, is carefully equipped and decorated, and breakfast is amazing- I would live there if I could. ♥️ Thank you for these wonderful days in Oudtshoorn, which- by the way- I enjoyed more than the hip places at the coast. Keep working like you do- others should follow your example!

Oudshoorn is een plek waar ik als ik in ZA altijd weer terug wil om 2 redenen: het geweldige Guest house Earthbound en het heerlijke eten bij Nostalgie, het nummer 1 restaurant.
Voor mij was het de 5e keer dat ik bij Earthbound logeerde. Wat ik zo knap en fijn vind is dat ik noooooooooit teleurgesteld ben. De klantvriendelijkheid en de ambiance zijn altijd geweldig. De kamers zijn stuk voor stuk met liefde ingericht: alles is aanwezig en er zijn heerlijke bedden. De badkamer is prachtig; er zijn ook badlakens om buiten op de ligbedden te liggen. Er is voor iedereen een stukje buitenruimte bij de kamer met privacy. De tuin is mooi, het zwembad schoon. Het maakt me iedere keer blij als ik er ben. Er is een honest bar, Het ontbijt is iedere dag een beetje anders en zooooo lekker. Ik kijk alweer uit naar de volgende keer. Er was een minpuntje: Marie, de eigenaresse was op vakantie. Ik heb haar gemist!!
