The earthbound guest house is always my first choice for accommodation in Oudtshoorn. I feel part of the family, so much so that I have a favorite room to stay in. Whenever I make a booking and request room no 1, Ayla always accommodates me. Fantastic friendly atmosphere.

Our expectations were achieved and more with this gem of a guesthouse. Our room was delightful with a cozy private outside sitting area, bathrobes, lots of toiletries and towels. The communal area was lovely, we enjoyed sitting in the sunshine sipping a cold wine. The breakfast was a real treat, something different to try each morning and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended

A very charming BB, welcoming, pleasant and discreet owner. Very comfortable and well equipped room. Bathroom with shower, bathtub, bathrobes, pool towel... worthy of a very good hotel! We feel very comfortable, really like at home, in the evening we were tired and we were able to use the barbecue by the pool to spend a relaxed and quiet evening. Address that we really appreciated! We highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you are looking for a quiet, charming and well-placed place to discover, for example, the Cangos Caves... Amazing place to overnight and the lady who rented out this bed and breakfast (forget her name unfortunately) is very kind. There is really nothing bad about it. The house is recommended for everyone who is staying for a short amount of time in this area. The rooms are clean and very up to date. Wrote bij room number 2. Who is still staying here.

This is the standard which all other guest houses should aspire to achieve.
We stayed here for 2 nights in Feb 2023 and we couldn't fault anything about the place. The breakfasts were freshly prepared and varied every day, there is a lovely pool to dip in after a day sightseeing, the rooms were immaculate and everyone who works at Earthbound is committed to making your stay and enjoyable as possible. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Oudtshoorn, within easy reach of the town, I'd highly recommend booking at Earthbound - I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Great guesthouse in a good location, we had a very nice room with a ceiling fan and fridge that worked even during a power outage. There was also an aircon which we didn't need, as it was very pleasant in the evening. Each room has its own small terrace with privacy. The owner and staff were all super nice. The breakfast was prepared with a lot of love and was different every day. A thousand thanks to everyone who made our stay a unique experience

Beautiful rooms in a great, well-kept guesthouse with a beautiful outdoor area/pool. The location is not really central, but it is in a safe residential area. The owner was very friendly and did everything perfectly.

Earthbound is a lovely guesthouse. the accommodation, service, and food were brilliant. The accommodation was affordable and definitely value for money. Will definitely recommend booking at Earthbound in Oudtshoorn

Our bedroom was huge with the added bonus of a private shaded courtyard with sun beds, chairs and a table. The bed, bathroom and facilities were excellent. There was a delightful pool area and we had breakfast sitting beside it each morning. A very lovely breakfast as well! Hosts and staff were exemplary.

We booked 2 rooms for the weekend with the kids. They had their own room and loved it. From the minute we arrived we were well treated by Marie. She made sure everything was perfect. The staff were friendly at all times. The rooms are beautiful and there's a nice pool and garden area to relax in. Great place I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Marie and staff for a great experience.
